We bridge the gap between theory and practice through hands-on training, mentorship, and a global network of experts, all led by Dr. Makepeace Charles, a double board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Meet Dr. Makepeace Charles, DDS, MD, FACS
A leader in surgical education, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
Dr. Makepeace Charles is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over two decades of clinical and academic experience. He holds dual degrees in dentistry and medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the International College of Dentists.
As the founder of NextGen Dental Ed, Dr. Charles has dedicated his career to training the next generation of oral surgeons through hands-on education, case-based mentorship, and a relentless focus on real-world skill building.
