Welcome to NextGen Dental Ed. By accessing or using our website, services, or any associated platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Overview

NextGen Dental Ed provides continuing education, mentorship, and professional resources to licensed dental and oral surgery professionals. Our services include both in-person training courses and online membership content.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed dental or medical professional—or an actively enrolled student in a dental or surgical education program—to register for our courses or membership services.

3. Payment Terms

All course and membership payments are due in full at the time of registration. Payment gateways are secured, and we do not store credit card information.

We accept the following payment card brands:

  • Visa®

  • Mastercard®

  • American Express®

  • Discover®

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once payment is completed for a course or subscription, the rate is locked in for that transaction.

4. Refund Policy

At NextGen Dental Ed, we are committed to delivering exceptional continuing education experiences. Due to limited seating and the high preparation involved in our programs, our refund policies are outlined as follows:

Courses

  • A full refund may be requested at least 60 days prior to the scheduled course start date. This gives us time to offer the seat to another qualified participant.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  • Requests received within 60 days of the course date are non-refundable. In cases of documented medical emergencies or travel restrictions, a one-time course credit may be extended at our discretion.

Memberships

  • Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Rescheduling

  • Participants may request to reschedule their course one time with at least 21 days’ notice.

  • Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and media provided through NextGen Dental Ed—whether online or in-person—remain the intellectual property of NextGen Dental Ed or its instructors. You may not duplicate, record, or distribute any course materials without express written permission.

6. Conduct & Expectations

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism throughout all events and interactions. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any course or membership without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive or in violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Dental Ed is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss resulting from participation in our training programs. All surgical or clinical skills taught must be used within the scope of your license and local regulations.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date.
